Technical Services

The Technical Services Division of the IT Department provides technical support for all of Whitfield County Government Offices and Elected Officials.

These services include, but are not limited to, desktop computer support, self-supported email, IP Telephone Systems, comprehensive website - locally hosted and maintained, audio and video support, software supportand technology infrastructure development and maintenance.

Our current staff is made up of a director, Sr System Engineer, System Engineer, Sr Network Analyst, Network Analyst and a SUpport Specialist. They are all well trained, experienced and qualified. Staff certifications include: CCA, MCDBA, MCSE, MCDST, MCP, MOS, and CompTIA A+ and more. In addition to current certifications, we are striving to improve our quality and efficiency of service by continuing to improve our skill through training and certification programs.
