The Court Administrator’s Office provides technology support for all Superior Court programs and courtrooms. Supported technologies vary depending on the county

Audiovisual Technology in Courtrooms

Superior Court Courtrooms are equipped with Audio Video systems to allow presentation of evidence from an Elmo (documents, photographs, x-rays) and input using an HDMI cable from your individual laptop or device. If your device uses an input other than HDMI then you will need to provide your own adapter. Displays are in place for jurors, at the party tables, witness, the judge and for the gallery. For information regarding use of the system for a hearing, please contact the Court Administrator’s Office 72 hours prior to the scheduled hearing. Hearing assistance through wireless headphones is available upon request.

Wireless Internet Access in Courthouse

Wireless internet access (WIFI) is provided for Court business and the public and is available throughout the courthouse to include: each courtroom, in the Clerk of Superior Court public areas, in the Jury Assembly room and in the Law Library. For access individuals must “like” the Whitfield County Facebook page which will then grant limited public access.
