The Norma Gordon Nature Loop is a trail that begins at historic Prater’s Mill and parallels Coahulla Creek before ending back at Prater’s Mill. Built by students of nearby North Whitfield Middle School, the trail bears the name of science teacher Dr. Norma Gordon. The trail offers an easy hike through a mature hardwood forest with abundant wildlife.
