Superior Court Administration

Law Library Services

The Law Library is open to the public and is located outside the Court Administration offices. At this time, there is no librarian that can help patrons locate and use relevant materials, suggest possible sources, and help define research questions.

Court Administration staff are not attorneys, and may not perform services that might constitute the unauthorized practice of law such as interpreting statutes, cases or regulations, filling out forms or giving legal advice. We can provide you with legal information as well as contact information for attorney referral or legal service organizations that may assist you.

Library Catalog

The Library’s print collection focuses primarily on Georgia law and provides access to print and online materials. It includes Georgia form books, law treatises and practice guides, Georgia Jurisprudence, Georgia Digest, Official Code of Georgia, and Georgia Laws. The library also has Georgia Appeals Reports and Georgia Reports. Some federal materials are available. We also have legal self-help books and several legal encyclopedias.

Westlaw is available for free online legal research.
